ZeBracelet2 shows SET UP after firmware upgrade

In order to flash the new protocol and technical improvements into the device, the firmware upgrade requires to reset the device to SET UP mode :

• users who have NOT paired their device yet:

This message on your device display prompt you to set up the product using

ZeBracelet2 mobile application (iOS or Android) and/or PC/MAC software. Please check one of these articles (for iOS, Android or Windows Phone) to learn more about the pairing process.

 

• iOS users who have already paired their device:

Step 1: Open the app, go to "Settings", tap "set up" and then "unpair"

Step 2: Then log out from the app

Step 3: Go into the Bluetooth settings of your phone and forget ZeBracelet2 BLE and/or ZeBracelet2 device(s)

Step 4: Log into the app, and do the pairing process again

 

• Android users who have already paired their device:

Step 1: Open the app, go to "Settings", tap "set up" and then "unpair"

Step 2: Then log out from the app

Step 3: Go into the Bluetooth settings of your phone and unpair ZeBracelet2 device

Step 4: Log into the app, and do the pairing process again
