I can no longer sync data or pair after firmware upgrade

iOS users: ensure to download the latest version of ZeBracelet2 iOS application available on the App store and follow those steps:

Step 1: Open the app, go to "Settings", tap "set up" and then "unpair"

Step 2: Then log out from the app

Step 3: Go into the Bluetooth settings of your phone and forget ZeBracelet2 BLE and/or ZeBracelet2 device(s)

Step 4: Log into the app, and do the pairing process again

Step 1: Open the app, go to "Settings", tap "set up" and then "unpair"

Step 2: Then log out from the app

Step 3: Go into the Bluetooth settings of your phone and unpair ZeBracelet2 devic

Step 4: Log into the app, and do the pairing process again
