Anti-lost notification is not working ...

[Android users]

- Make sure ZeBracelet2  is paired to your mobile phone

- Download the latest version of ZeBracelet2  Android application available on the Google Play store

- Ensure the notification is enabled in the Settings of the App

[iOS users]

- Make sure ZeBracelet2 is paired to your mobile phone

- Download the latest version of ZeBracelet2  iOS application available on the App store

- Ensure the notification is enabled in the Settings of the App

 

Still experiencing some problems ? 

Send an email to support@mykronoz.com  with the following information: 

- ZeBracelet2  S/N number (that you can find on the back of the packaging box)

- Your mobile device brand and model
