This problem has been identified and fixed in our latest firmware and Android App.
Step 1: Upgrade ZeFit firmware using our PC or MAC software available on MyKronoz website
- after a successful installation, plug the device into your computer USB port
- Sign up or log in with your existing account
- A pop-up windows will prompt you to upgrade your device, accept and wait a few minutes until the upgrade is completed
- After successful update, unplug your device
Step 2: Make sure you have downloaded the latest ZeFit Android App
