upgrade your ZeBracelet2 with the latest firmware version available. In order to upgrade your ZeBracelet2 firmware, download our PC or MAC software onhttp://app-zebracelet2.mykronoz.com/softwareAppDownload and follow the instructions on screen.

Still some troubles ?

- Send an email to support@mykronoz.com with the following information:

- ZeBracelet2 S/N number (that you can find on the back of the packaging box)

- Your mobile device brand and model
