After I remove ZeBracelet2 from its charger, the screen remains black...

- Make sure the charging clip was well placed on your ZeBracelet2

- Press the RED button to see if your device turns on

- Reboot your device by pressing the RED and GREEN buttons while the device is connected to a power source

Still experiencing some problems ? 

- Send an email to support@mykronoz.com  with the following information:

- ZeBracelet2 S/N number (that you can find on the back of the packaging box)

- Your mobile device brand and model
