I can no longer sync my data although ZeBracelet2 is connected to my mobile phone

[Android users]

Step 1 /Disconnection

In the Bluetooth settings of your Android device, uncheck ZeBracelet2
Reset your ZeBracelet2  by pressing the RED and GREEN button simultaneously

- Open the App, click on Settings > Set up ZeBracelet2> Unpair ZeBracelet2

Step 2 / Reconnection

- Turn on the screen of your ZeBracelet2  by pressing the RED button

- Hold the upper left button to trigger the Bluetooth connection

- In the Bluetooth settings on your Android device, select ZeBracelet2  (a phone icon followed by a beep will confirm the successful pairing)

- Open the App, click on Settings > Set up ZeBracelet2> and follow the on-screen instructions 
 
[iOS users]

Step 1 / Disconnection

- In the Bluetooth settings of your iOS device, press ZeBracelet2  then "Forget this Device"

- Reset your ZeBracelet2  by pressing the RED and GREEN button simultaneously

- Open the App, click on Settings > Set up ZeBracelet2> Unpair ZeBracelet2

Step 2 / Reconnection

- Turn on the screen of your ZeBracelet2  by pressing the RED button

- Hold the upper left button to trigger the Bluetooth connection

- In the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone, select ZeBracelet2  (a phone icon followed by a beep will confirm the successful pairing)

- Open the App, click on Settings > Set up ZeBracelet2> and follow the on-screen instructions making sure to keep the screen on your ZeBracelet2  lighted up
