I have successfully installed ZeBracelet2 iOS App on my iPad 2, but when I try to pair it, it says “FAILED”


Kindly note that pairing cannot be successful in this case because ZeBracelet2 is only compatible with iOS devices that support Bluetooth 4.0 BLE and run iOS7 and above.

Please note that iPad2 is not equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 BLE connectivity, which explains why it cannot be compatible with ZeBracelet2

However, if your smartphone is not compatible, MyKronoz Team has developed a PC and MAC software in order to allow users to set up and use their ZeBracelet2. Our PC and MAC software can be found on  MyKronoz website
