I can no longer sync my data although ZeWatch2 is connected to my mobile phone ...

For Android users :

Step 1 / Disconnection

- In the Bluetooth settings of your Android device, uncheck ZeWatch2

- Reset your ZeWatch2 by pressing the RED and GREEN button simultaneously

- Open the App, click on Settings > Set up ZeWatch2> Unpair ZeWatch2

Step 2 / Reconnection

- Turn on the screen of your ZeWatch2 by pressing the RED button

- Hold the upper left button to trigger the Bluetooth connection

- In the Bluetooth settings on your Android device, select ZeWatch2 (a phone icon followed by a beep will confirm the successful pairing)

- Open the App, click on Settings > Set up ZeWatch2> and follow the on-screen instructions 

 

For IOS users

Step 1 /Disconnection

- In the Bluetooth settings of your iOS device, press ZeWatch2 then "Forget this Device"

- Reset your ZeWatch2 by pressing the RED and GREEN button simultaneously

- Open the App, click on Settings > Set up ZeWatch2> Unpair ZeWatch2

Step 2 / Reconnection

- Turn on the screen of your ZeWatch2 by pressing the RED button

- Hold the upper left button to trigger the Bluetooth connection

- In the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone, select ZeWatch2 (a phone icon followed by a beep will confirm the successful pairing)

- Open the App, click on Settings > Set up ZeWatch2> and follow the on-screen instructions making sure to keep the screen on your ZeWatch2 lighted up
