I tried to sync my data but it was not successful, what should I do?

1. Press the syncing button on the top right hand of the mobile app

2. Press the RED button on your ZeWatch2 to light up the display

3. Make sure ZeWatch2display in turned on to ensure successful synchronization of data

 

TIPS: If you still experience some problems:

- Make sure you have Wifi / 3g network

- Reset your mobile device

- If you are using an iPhone, double press the Home Button and remove the window corresponding to ZeWatchZ App

- Send an email to support@mykronoz.com indicating:

- ZeWatch2 S/N and D/N number

- App version

- Mobile Device model and brand
