I have successfully installed ZeFit iOS App on my iPad 2, but when I try to pair it, it says “FAILED” ...

Kindly note that pairing cannot be successful in this case because ZeFit is only compatible with iOS devices that support Bluetooth 4.0 BLE and run iOS6 and above. 

Please note that iPad2 is not equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 BLE connectivity, which explains why it cannot be compatible with ZeFit.


However, if your smartphone is not compatible, MyKronoz Team has developed a PC and MAC software in order to allow users to set up and use their ZeFit.
