How does my ZeTime detect my heart rate?

ZeTime measures your heart rate at your wrist using an optical heart rate sensor.

The two green LED lights on ZeTime reflect onto your skin to detect blood flow through your capillaries and a fine-tuned algorithms are defined to track your heart rate manually or automatically.

To track your heart rate manually

  1. Select the heart rate interface on your device.
  2. Tap once the screen or press the crown to start monitoring your heart rate.

To track your pulse automatically

  1. Go on the Settings tab of your ZeTime App
  2. Click on Heart Rate section and enable Monitoring track.

Tips : You can also set your monitoring frequency and set alerts if you reach a heart rate level too low or too high directly through the ZeTime App or HR alerts section on your device > Settings > Activity > Heart rate.

Note: Once activated, the device emits a green light via two LEDs installed at the back of the unit.

The pulse sensor displays your pulse by observing your bloodstream.
